FY10 Budget Formulation UPIs for E-Gov and LoB Initiatives†
The purpose of this document is to provide those agencies involved in the Presidential EGov (E-Gov) and Lines of Business (LoB) initiatives with the appropriate Unique Project Identifiers (UPI) in preparation for the submission of their budget exhibits to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for the FY10 budget.
Managing Partners should work with their Partner Agencies to determine the UPI for each investment appearing on an agency’s Exhibit 53 or described in an Exhibit 300 and ensure the UPI conforms to the UPI patterns for each initiative listed below. As stated in OMB Circular A-11 Section 300(http://www.whitehouse.gov/omb/circulars/a11/current_year/s300.pdf), Managing Partners should also capture the information for these investments in their Exhibit 300s for the E-Gov and LoB initiatives, including the Partner Agency’s name, the UPI for the investment, and the Partner Agency contributions for CY and BY.
Information on UPI codes can be found in OMB Circular A-11 Section 53 (http://www.whitehouse.gov/omb/circulars/a11/current_year/s53.pdf).
